Ingredients

120 grams (1 cup) oat flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

50 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar

50 g (1/3 cup) dark chocolate chips

4 tbsp coconut milk

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1-2 scoops (15-30 cc) Solis Cacao Boost

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Stir until mixture forms a dough (if needed, add in extra coconut milk)

Heat oven to 160 Celsius (325 Fahrenheit)

Form dough balls in desired size and place on baking tray

Bake for 11-13 minutes

Remove from oven and let cookies cool on baking tray for 10 minutes

Remove from tray and enjoy!
