Solis Purple Flash® Popsicles

Need a way to cool off during the long summer days that’s more nutritious than a sugar-filled popsicle? Try our Solis Purple Flash® Popsicle recipe. It’s full of vitamins, minerals, and superfoods – and did we mention kids love it?

 Ingredients

120 ml (½ cup) coconut water

140 g (½ cup) Greek yogurt

160 grams (1 cup) frozen mixed berries

1-2 scoops (15-30 cc) Solis Purple Flash®

Method

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth (adjust liquid to preference)

Pour mixture into popsicle mold

Make sure to leave a small amount of space at the top of the mold to allow for the popsicle to expand while it freezes

Freeze overnight (or 6-8 hours). Remove from mold and enjoy!

Hints & Tips

  • Feel free to replace coconut water with your juice of choice, or coconut milk.
  • Using coconut yogurt in place of Greek yogurt will make this recipe appropriate for vegans.
  • If you prefer a creamier texture, add a bit more yogurt.
