Solis Cacao Boost Granola

Granola is a healthy and delicious treat that’s convenient for hurried mornings, busy afternoons, and hectic evenings. When prepared with our Solis Cacao Boost powder, granola becomes even more nutritious (and delicious).

Ingredients

120 ml (½ cup) olive oil (or coconut oil)

120 ml (½ cup) honey (or maple syrup)

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

½ tsp. salt

240 g (3 cups) old-fashioned rolled oats

150 g (1 cup) sliced almonds

160 g (1 cup) raisins (or other dried/chopped fruit)

1-2 scoops (15 – 30 cc) Solis Cacao Boost

Method

Heat the oven to 150 c (300F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix the oil, Solis Cacao Boost, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl

Add the oats and almonds and stir, thoroughly coating

Spread the mixture on the baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through

Remove from the oven

Sprinkle raisins throughout mixture

Let cool and enjoy!

Hints & Tips

  • This recipe is completely customizable. You can try using different sweeteners and seasonings, whatever your preference.
  • You can use any dried fruits in place of the raisins, but make sure to add it after baking. Dried fruit will burn on the pan.
  • Try swapping the almonds for any of your favourite nuts.
