Banana and Nut Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop (15 cc) Solis Raw Cacao & Mushroom
1 scoop (60 cc) Be Refueled Unflavoured (Neutral)
1 whole banana
Handful of cashews
1 tbsp. peanut butter
8-12oz (240-360 ml) non-dairy milk
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth

Hints & Tips:
- You can substitute any type of nut that you prefer for the cashews, such as hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds.
- Other flavors of protein would work well with this recipe, such as chocolate or vanilla.
