Solis Purple Flash® Ice Cream

On a sweltering summer day, there’s nothing as satisfying as ice cream – and our Solis Purple Flash Ice Cream is the perfect recipe to help you cool off.

180 g (1½) frozen bananas chopped

Handful frozen berries

60 ml (¼ cup) non-dairy milk

1 scoop (15 cc) Solis Purple Flash

Slice bananas into pieces and freeze

Add all ingredients into blender or food processor

Blend until a soft-serve texture is achieved

Add to bowl and add desired toppings

Enjoy!
