Solis Cacao Boost Porridge
Enjoy a healthy breakfast option with our Solis Cacao Boost Porridge recipe. This recipe is fully customisable, so feel free to complete your dish with your favourite porridge toppings or add protein powder for an even more filling meal.

Ingredients
80 grams (1 cup) rolled oats
480 ml (2 cups) non-dairy milk
1 scoop (15 cc) Solis Cacao Boost
Toppings of choice
Method
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan
Turn heat to medium/high
Bring to a boil
Turn heat off and stir for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture thickens
Once the porridge is to the desired consistency, remove from heat and enjoy!
Hints & Tips
- You can top the porridge with any toppings of your choice. Fruits and nuts are great additions!
- If you would like to pack some protein into the recipe, add a scoop of Be Refueled, Triple Protein Shake, or Vegan Protein Shake.
- Keep in mind that the type of oats you have will determine cooking time. Quick oats, steel-cut oats, rolled oats, and old-fashioned oats all cook differently.
- Solis Cacao Boost can also be added to instant porridge if you would like.
