Solis Cacao Boost Smoothie Bowl

Our Solis Cacao Boost Smoothie Bowl recipe can be as dynamic as you need it to be. Add your favourite toppings, a protein source, or swap the nut butter for your favourite kind – it’s up to you!

Ingredients

1 ripe banana (120 grams)

1 frozen banana (120 grams)

2 tbsp. peanut/almond butter

1 scoop (15 cc) Solis Cacao Boost

80 ml (1/3 cup) non-dairy milk

Toppings (if applicable)

Method

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy and smooth

Slowly add in milk to reach desired consistency

When desired consistency is reached, pour into bowl

Top with desired toppings

Enjoy!

Hints & Tips

  • Top with berries, fresh fruits, sliced banana, nuts or seeds, coconut flakes, or anything of your preference!
  • If you’d like to add some protein, feel free to add Be Refueled, Lifeplus Bodysmart Solutions Triple Protein Shake, or Lifeplus Bodysmart Solutions Vegan Protein Shake. Both chocolate and vanilla would be great additives.
  • You can use any nut butter that you prefer.
